Ingredients

  • 6 peach halves (canned)
  • 6 tbsp Amarettini
  • 4 tbsp freshly brewed espresso (cold)
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 20 ml amaretto
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 50 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp toasted almond sticks

Instructions

    Drain the peaches and cut them into wedges. Roughly crumble the Amarettinis, place in glasses and drizzle with espresso. Arrange the peach wedges on top.

    Whisk the mascarpone with amaretto, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon; beat the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the mascarpone mixture.

    Spread the cream over the peaches and sprinkle toasted almond sticks before serving.
