Stuffed Peach with Nuts

Ingredients
- 4 wine‑grower peaches
- 4 tbsp mixed nut kernels
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter

Grease an ovenproof dish. Wash peaches, pat dry, halve them and remove pits.

Mix nuts with raisins, cinnamon and honey; fill the peach halves. Place in the dish, dot remaining butter on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for about 20–30 minutes.
