Ingredients
- 100 g Strawberries
- 0.75 l Prosecco
- 5 mint sprigs
Instructions

Trim the green stems of the strawberries. Then wash and pat dry the strawberries and mint.

Coarsely puree two mint sprigs with the strawberries, then pour 1 tsp of the strawberry‑mint mousse into each flute glass.

Top up with Prosecco and garnish with the remaining mint sprigs.
