Pasta with Zucchini Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g zucchini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp dried rosemary
- 50 g Gorgonzola cheese
- 75 g cream cheese
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
- 500 g penne pasta

Cook the penne in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and slice it thinly. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Combine both with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary in a saucepan; cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Crush the Gorgonzola slightly and mix with cream cheese, sour cream, flour, and dill. Add this mixture to the vegetables, stir well, and continue cooking on medium heat for another 5 minutes. After 2 minutes, stir thoroughly, keep cooking, stir again, and season to taste. Garnish with dill.

Combine the sauce with the pasta and serve on plates.
