Ingredients

  • 1 kg small potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 20 g butter
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 500 ml vegetable broth (instant)
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 250 g frozen peas
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and cut them smaller if needed. Peel and dice the onions. Place butter and onions in a bowl, cover, and steam at 850 watts for about 4 minutes. Add potatoes, curry powder, and broth; mix and cover, then cook at 850 watts for about 10 minutes.

    Add cream and peas, cover, and cook at 850 watts for about 10 minutes, then reduce to 450 watts for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
