Ingredients

  • 400 g shell pasta
  • Salt
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 250 g canned tuna (in its own juice)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Peel and slice the shallots into rings, finely chop the garlic.

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Drain the tuna well and flake it apart.

  3. 3.

    Sauté the shallots and garlic in hot oil until golden brown, deglaze with white wine, add the tuna and tomatoes, and simmer gently for 1-2 minutes.

    Stir in the parsley and drained pasta, season with salt and pepper to taste.
