Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 100 g bacon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 splash white wine
- 2 tbsp parsley (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbsp chives (rolled)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Briefly blanch tomatoes in boiling water, shock them, peel, quarter, seed and cut into large pieces. Slice bacon and then cut into strips.

Sauté bacon, garlic and onion in hot oil until translucent. Deglaze with wine, add tomatoes and simmer for about 4 minutes over low heat. Add herbs, season with salt and cayenne pepper. Toss lightly drained spaghetti with sauce and serve immediately.
