Pasta with Swiss Chard Cheese Sauce

- 800 g swiss chard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 125 ml vegetable broth (instant)
- 350 g Tagliatelle
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Gorgonzola

Wash and trim the Swiss chard, cutting only the green leaves into fine strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then sauté briefly in hot olive oil. Add the chard strips, pour in the vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. While it cooks, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, add them to the chard mixture, and heat briefly. Crumble the Gorgonzola into small pieces.

Drain the tagliatelle and let it rest for a moment. Toss the pasta with the chard and tomato sauce, then fold in the crumbled Gorgonzola. Plate the dish and serve immediately.
