Ingredients

  • 400 g linguine
  • Salt
  • 400 g smoked salmon (in pieces)
  • 100 g fresh spinach
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1 tsp seasoned broth
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Cut the salmon into cubes. Wash, rinse, dry and roughly chop the spinach. Peel and finely mince the garlic.

    Place the cream in a small saucepan, bring to a boil with saffron and broth, add the spinach and garlic, letting it wilt in the cream.

    Add the salmon and warm it in the sauce. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce, serve on plates, sprinkle with pepper and enjoy.
