Ingredients
- 300 g spiral pasta
- Salt
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp lemon olive oil
- Pepper
- 150 g shrimp (prepped)
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 60 g Parmesan
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Peel garlic and finely chop. Sauté zucchini and garlic in hot lemon olive oil, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, season with salt, pepper and stir in lemon zest.

Add drained pasta to the pan and continue cooking until heated through. Serve on warmed plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
