Pasta with Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 400 g fusilli (spiral pasta)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 small zucchini
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Shallot
  • 400 g shrimp (prepped)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 0.5 bunch Basil

Instructions

    Wash, trim and slice zucchini into thin strips. Peel and chop garlic and shallot.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, briefly sauté garlic and shallot, add zucchini and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add shrimp to the vegetables, sauté briefly, season with salt and pepper.

    Meanwhile, boil Fusilli in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.

    Wash basil, cut leaves into strips.

    Combine pasta with zucchini and shrimp, sprinkle with basil strips, and serve.
