Ingredients
- 500 g pasta of choice (e.g., gnocchi, conchiglioni da ripieno)
- 200 g Parma ham (sliced)
- 16 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 bunch Green asparagus
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 chili pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 bunch mixed herbs (e.g., basil, parsley, chives, oregano)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- pepper (ground)

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Wash cocktail tomatoes.

Peel the lower third of the asparagus and trim ends. Cut into about 3 cm pieces.

Sauté asparagus, chili, and garlic in hot oil, deglaze with broth, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook another 5 minutes until liquid is almost reduced. Stir in chopped herbs and capers, then fold in lightly drained pasta. Season with salt and pepper and serve on preheated plates garnished with Parma ham.
