Ingredients

  • 8 large shell pasta
  • 300 g fried chicken breast fillet
  • 1 slice cantaloupe melon
  • 0.5 Mango
  • 1 tsp chopped mint
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • a pinch of salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

    Cook the shell pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

    Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Remove seeds from the cantaloupe and peel it. Dice the fruit flesh. Peel the mango, slice the flesh away from the seed, then dice finely.

    Mix the fruit with the chicken, mint, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Fill the pasta, arrange on a plate, and serve.
