Ingredients
- 500 g rigatoni
- Salz
- 1 Handvoll Basilikum
- 1 Handvoll Petersilie
- 1 Knoblauchzehe
- 1 EL Olivenöl
- 500 g Ricotta
- 1 EL schwarzer Sesam
- weißer Pfeffer
- Basilikum (zum Garnieren)
Instructions

Cook the rigatoni in sparkling salted water until al dente.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry and finely chop or pulse in a food processor. Peel the garlic and sauté it in hot oil. Reduce heat and add the herbs with the ricotta. Stir in the sesame and season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and let it drain well. Mix in the sauce and serve in bowls. Garnish with a little basil.
