Ingredients
- 500 g spinach-filled ravioli (refrigerated)
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp butter
- a splash of white wine
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp flour
- oil for frying
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings or shave it. Toss with flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Sauté the garlic in butter, deglaze with white wine, then add cream and broth. Let reduce slightly before removing from heat. Stir in crème fraîche and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the ravioli in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with fried onions before serving.
