Ingredients
- 250 g green beans
- 250 g frozen peas
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp finely chopped mixed herbs (basil, parsley, mint)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 400 g penne
- Salt
- Pepper

Trim and wash the beans, then boil in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain. Cut the beans into 3–4 cm pieces.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. While it cooks, peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté the garlic in hot oil, add the peas and cook briefly, then stir in the beans and continue cooking a few minutes more. Mix in herbs and Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
