- 500 g penne
- 500 g mushrooms
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 g cream cheese
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp oil

Rub the mushrooms with a kitchen towel, peel if necessary and slice them. Cook the penne in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the mushrooms, pour in the cream and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile wash the basil, shake dry and cut into strips. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and chili, thicken with cream cheese. Drain the pasta, arrange on plates and serve with the sauce, accompanied by grated Parmesan.
