- 300 g carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 orange
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml heavy cream
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 40 g grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
