  • 300 g carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1 orange
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 40 g grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
