Pasta with Minced Meat

Pasta with minced meat is exactly what busy people need.
Ingredients
- 100 g onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 250 g ground beef
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 200 ml meat broth
- 250 g whole wheat pasta
- 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)
Instructions

Peel and dice onions and garlic. Wash and grate the carrot. Heat oil in a pan.

Add onions, garlic, carrot, and ground beef; cook over high heat for 5–8 minutes. Add tomato paste and toast briefly.

Season with salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence. Pour in broth and simmer gently for about ten minutes.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain well.

Meanwhile wash parsley, shake dry, and chop leaves. Sprinkle the pasta with the minced meat sauce and parsley before serving.
