Tuna Bolognese

The delicious Tuna Bolognese lands on the plate in no time!
Ingredients
- 450 g penne pasta
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 150 g tuna
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 40 g black, pitted olives
- 2 tbsp capers
- 100 ml tomato puree
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- dried oregano
- 0.5 bunch basil (10 g)
Instructions

Cook the penne in a pot of plenty boiling salted water over medium heat until al dente (about 10 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, rinse and pat dry the tuna. Warm oil in a pan. Sauté the tuna over medium heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side. Break it up with a fork.

Add tomato paste and stir well. Add olives and capers to the sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour in tomato puree and broth. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.

Wash basil, shake dry, and pluck leaves. Toss the pasta with the tuna Bolognese and serve on preheated pasta plates. Garnish with fresh basil.
