Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g ground lamb
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50 g mixed vegetable stock cubes (frozen)
- 0.125 l vegetable broth
- 400 g tomatoes (1 can)
- 0.5 tsp Oregano
- 400 g lemon pasta (ready-made)
- 0.5 bunch Parsley

Peel and dice the onions. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion cubes until translucent.

Add ground lamb, breaking it apart while cooking, season with salt and pepper. Add vegetable stock cubes, broth, tomatoes with liquid, and oregano; bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Wash parsley, shake dry, finely chop and add to the sauce. Serve pasta topped with the lamb sauce.
