Ingredients
- 250 g frozen peas
- 1 bundle arugula
- 200 g cooked ham (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g farfalle
- Salt
- 200 g blue-veined cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Let the peas thaw. Rinse, wash, dry and roughly chop the arugula. Slice the ham into strips. Peel and press the garlic.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Dice the cheese into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until translucent. Add the ham and peas and cook briefly.

Drain the pasta, let it dry slightly, then add it to the pan with arugula and cheese. Toss quickly, season with salt and pepper, plate on deep bowls and sprinkle additional pepper before serving.
