Ingredients
- 500 g ribbon pasta (egg‑free)
- Salt
- 1 handful of sage leaves
- 30 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp plant margarine
- 150 ml soy cream
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- pepper (ground)
- red pepper flakes (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the ribbon pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water. Drain and set aside. Wash the sage.

Heat olive oil and margarine in a large pan, add the pasta and sage, stir and sauté for about 3 minutes.

Stir in the soy cream, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve in deep bowls and garnish with pink pepper flakes.
