Ingredients
- 300 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 3 raw bratwurst sausages
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- thyme (1 tbsp dried each)
- rosemary (1 tbsp dried each)
- 3 Carrots
- 1 small can peeled tomatoes (~400 g)
- 80 g cheese (grated e.g., Gruyère)
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Squeeze the meat from the bratwurst sausages and shape into small balls. Mix sesame seeds with a dry seasoning blend on a plate, then roll the meatballs in it. Peel and grate the carrots. Roughly chop the canned tomatoes.

Combine the cooked spaghetti with the chopped tomatoes and grated carrots. Transfer to a greased baking dish, arrange the seasoned meatballs on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (middle rack) for about 15 minutes.
