Pasta with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g penne
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 red chili pepper
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 60 g arugula
- 40 g chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp pine nuts

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash, quarter, core, and dice the tomatoes. Rinse, halve, deseed, and finely chop the chili pepper. Sauté the onion, garlic, and chili in hot oil for a short time. Deglaze with wine, add the tomatoes, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt.

Rinse and tear the arugula into small pieces. Toss the drained pasta with the tomato sauce, then sprinkle with walnuts and pine nuts before serving.
