Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 100 g celery root (1 piece)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 500 g ground beef
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 600 ml Meat broth
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 400 g Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash, peel, and grate the carrots and celery root. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash, and cut into cubes.

Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onion, carrots, celery root, bell pepper, and ground beef; sauté for 5–8 minutes over high heat. Stir in garlic and tomato paste and cook for another 1–2 minutes. Pour in broth, season with oregano, salt, and pepper, then simmer uncovered on medium heat for 10–15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and toss with the sauce before serving immediately.
