Pasta with Gorgonzola sauce by Spoonsparrow is a quick dinner with pleasure!

Ingredients

  • 500 g whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 200 g Gorgonzola (45% fat in cream)
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 ml vegetable broth

Instructions

    Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.

    Meanwhile peel and finely chop garlic; sauté in a hot pan with olive oil for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add cream and vegetable broth, cube Gorgonzola and stir. Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Fold pasta into the sauce and divide among four plates.
