Ingredients
- 750 g fresh spinach
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- 400 g shell pasta
- 250 g sheep cheese (feta)
- Salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

Wash the spinach and drain it. Blanch in boiling salted water for 1 minute, then drain well and keep warm. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and dice finely. Peel and dice the onion and garlic finely.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water for about 9–11 minutes until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water. Toss the pasta with olive oil, spinach, chili, garlic, and onion.

Crumble feta over the pasta and fold it in. If needed, add a little of the reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency. Mix well, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
