Ingredients

  • 500 g linguine
  • Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp plant oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into rings. Clean and slice the mushrooms. In a hot pan with oil, sauté the mushrooms until golden brown. Add the garlic and spring onions for a brief moment, then deglaze with vegetable broth. Pour in the cream and let it simmer gently for a few minutes.
