Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 1 Lime
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 EL oil
- 400 ml Coconut milk (canned)
- 1 EL fish sauce
- Salt
- white pepper
- sugar
- parsley (for garnish)
- 2 dried chili peppers
- 1 shallot (peeled)
- 2 cm coriander root
- 2 cm lemongrass
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 0.5 tsp turmeric

Crush all ingredients for the curry paste in a mortar into a paste.

Wash the lime hot, dry rub it and finely grate the zest on a fine grater. Then cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice. Peel the shallot and garlic, finely chop both. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
