Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp sharp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- Tabasco
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 125 ml beer
- 720 g pork neck steak (4 pork neck steaks)
- 4 slices white bread
Instructions

Peel and roughly chop shallots and garlic. Then blend with mustard, lemon juice and zest, Tabasco, thyme, beer, salt, and pepper. Cover the steaks in this mixture and marinate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

Take the steaks from the marinade, pat them dry, and grill on a hot grill for about 6–8 minutes, turning halfway through.

Serve on similarly grilled white bread slices.
