  • 1 EL flour
  • 200 ml hot milk
  • 2 EL sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • nutmeg
  • 1 TL lemon juice
  • 1 small diced carrot
  • 50 g diced celery root
  • 100 g leeks
  • 100 g broccoli florets
  • 350 g spaghetti

Instructions

    Melt butter, stir in flour and pour in milk. Heat while stirring.
