- 1 EL Butter
- 1 EL flour
- 200 ml hot milk
- 2 EL sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- nutmeg
- 1 TL lemon juice
- 1 small diced carrot
- 50 g diced celery root
- 100 g leeks
- 100 g broccoli florets
- 350 g spaghetti
Instructions

Melt butter, stir in flour and pour in milk. Heat while stirring.

Add sour cream, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and finish with lemon juice.

Cook carrot, celery root, leek, and broccoli until al dente.
