Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 400 g broccoli florets
  • 200 ml vegetable stock (instant)
  • pepper from grinder
  • 200 g orecchiette pasta
  • Salt
  • 30 g pine nuts

Instructions

    Wash and chop the chili pepper. Sauté the broccoli in hot oil for a short time, then pour in the broth and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan without fat.

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, let it rest, and mix with the broccoli and chili. Plate and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
