Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 80 g Black Pitted Olives
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 50 g freshly grated Parmesan

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Drain the olives well, then halve them or cut into rings. Shake off excess moisture from the basil, pat dry, and pick off the leaves. Peel the garlic and slice thinly.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until translucent. Drain the pasta, reserving 2-3 tbsp of the cooking water. Add the olives, tomatoes, and pasta to the pan and toss gently. Pour in the reserved pasta water and let everything simmer briefly.
