Ingredients

  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • Salt
  • pepper (fresh ground)
  • paprika powder (sweet)
  • 0.5 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • fresh sage leaf
  • 375 ml vegetable broth (instant)
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche

Instructions

    Wash and trim the onions, cut into rings. Sauté in hot butter. Rinse the fillet, pat dry, slice into strips, add to pan and sauté. Season with salt and pepper and dust with flour.

    Add sage leaves. Deglaze with broth, wine, lemon juice and crème fraîche. Simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain. Toss with the chicken sauce and serve immediately.
