Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 400 g farfalle pasta
- 250 g peas
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g grated cheese
- Salt
- pepper, freshly ground

Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, then cut into small cubes.

Cook the farfalle according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.

Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic.

Brown the chicken cubes in hot oil, add the shallot and garlic, and continue cooking until golden brown. Stir in the peas and 2–3 tbsp of pasta cooking water. Add the cooked pasta and grated cheese; allow the cheese to melt. Season with pepper and salt as needed, then serve.
