Ingredients

  • 350 g spaghetti
  • 400 g mussels (well cleaned)
  • 150 g squid rings
  • 300 g shrimp
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 450 g tomatoes (1 small can)
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

    Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips. Peel the carrot and cut it into sticks.

    Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente.

    Meanwhile, simmer the mussels with wine, garlic, onion, and carrots covered for 5-10 minutes in a pan. Remove any that do not open. Drain the tomatoes, cut them into pieces, and add them with tomato paste, squid rings, and shrimp to the mussels. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well and serve with parsley.
