Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 500 g broccoli
  • Salt
  • 400 g whole wheat tagliatelle
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 0.25 tsp chili powder
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp chives sprigs
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Instructions

    Peel the garlic and peel the ginger, then finely dice both. Wash the broccoli, cut into florets, peel the tough stem and dice it small. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain, shock in cold water, and let drain.

    Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente.

    Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the garlic, ginger, and diced stem pieces for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze with vegetable broth. Add soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili powder; simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.

    Combine the drained noodles and broccoli, warm briefly, season with pepper, plate, and sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds.
