Ingredients

  • 400 g tagliolini
  • 200 g Broccoli florets
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Cook the tagliolini in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.

    Blanch the broccoli florets in salted water until al dente.

    Sauté the finely chopped garlic in olive oil until translucent, add the broccoli and halved cocktail tomatoes, sauté briefly, season with salt and pepper. Add the drained pasta directly to the pan, toss with parsley, garnish with basil leaves, and serve.
