Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 small Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Shallot
- 5 tbsp dry white wine
- 100 g heavy cream
- 150 g unsweetened coconut milk (canned)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 200 g rigatoni
- lime wedge

Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel the stalks and dice them small. Blanch the broccoli stems in boiling salted water for 4 minutes, add the florets and cook for another 5 minutes, then drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain.

Peel and finely dice the shallot; sauté in olive oil until translucent. Add white wine and reduce slightly. Pour in cream and coconut milk, add broccoli florets, bring to a boil, and season with salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, and let sit.

Combine the broccoli sauce with the hot pasta; serve garnished with lime wedges.
