Ingredients

  • 400 g Tortiglioni pasta
  • Salt
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 200 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 sprigs dill
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the tortiglioni in plenty of salted water until al dente. Peel, quarter, and slice the onions into strips. Clean, halve, seed, and slice the bell peppers into strips. Sauté them in hot oil. Add the cream and simmer for 3 minutes.

    Cube the Gorgonzola and stir it in. Roughly chop the dill and add with salt and pepper to the sauce. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce, plate, and serve.
