- 400 g Lasagnette
- 4 slices thin Parma ham
- 600 g green asparagus tips
- 0.25 Lemon
- 1 tsp butter
- 300 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- 200 g Italian cooking cream (approx. 20-22% fat)
- 30 g Parmesan
- Sea salt
- Pepper

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Cook the asparagus tips in salted water with lemon and butter for about 6 minutes until tender, drain, rinse under cold water, and let drain. Wash the tomatoes, pat dry, and roast in a preheated oven at 200°C with a sprinkle of salt for about 5 minutes.

Heat the cream in a saucepan while stirring, season with salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan, then add the asparagus and warm through.
