Ingredients
- 250 g Conchiglie
- 1 small broccoli head
- 4 Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 vegetable onion
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp instant broth

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of water; wash, trim, and cut the broccoli into florets and add them 4 minutes before the pasta is done. Peel and dice the onion, adding it 1 minute before the pasta finishes. Drain everything through a sieve and let it dry. Halve the tomatoes, remove stems and seeds, cube them, and mix with the pasta.

Whisk mayonnaise with sour cream, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and broth; taste and stir into the salad, adjusting seasoning as needed. Divide among bowls, sprinkle with capers, and serve.
