Ingredients

  • 500 g farfalle
  • Salt
  • 2 bunches radishes
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g salad mayonnaise
  • lemons
  • 100 g yogurt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar

Instructions

    Cook pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain.

    Rinse, peel and finely chop radishes. Drain corn kernels. Wash iceberg lettuce, tear into bite‑sized pieces, rinse and dry thoroughly.

    Whisk salad mayonnaise with lemon juice and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Toss the prepared ingredients together.
