Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • Salt
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g salad mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp medium mustard
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the chicken meat cold, dry and cut into strips. Mix thoroughly with curry powder and sesame oil, cover and marinate for 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile blanch peaches in boiling water, cool under cold running water and peel. Halve the fruit, pit and dice the halves small. Clean celery, wash and slice thinly.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the chicken meat in two batches over medium heat until golden brown. Salt and let cool.

    For the dressing whisk crème fraîche with salad mayonnaise, mustard and curry powder in a bowl. Add peach pieces, chicken strips and celery and mix well. Season with salt.
