Pasta Salad with Ham and Pineapple

A classic pasta salad that should not be missing from any salad buffet. The whole wheat pasta even strengthens our nerves.
Ingredients
- 350 g whole wheat pasta (e.g., hornets)
- Salt
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 stalks celery (with greens)
- 60 g cooked ham
- 200 g pineapple (canned, unsweetened)
- 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and let it cool.

Wash, clean, and halve or quarter the tomatoes. Clean and wash the celery, slice into thin strips. Wash the celery greens, set aside a few leaves, finely chop the rest. Dice the ham into small cubes. Drain the pineapple and cut into small pieces.

Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, and broth; season with salt and pepper. Combine this sauce with the pasta, tomatoes, celery, ham, pineapple, and chopped celery greens. Let it chill for 30 minutes. Garnish with the reserved celery leaves before serving.
