Ingredients

  • 300 g farfalle
  • 800 g kidney beans (2 small cans)
  • 200 g pork sausage
  • 2 red onions
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 5 sour pickles
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 1 marinated pepperoni

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and let it drip dry.

    Drain the beans. Dice the sausage. Peel the onions and slice into rings. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them; slice the pickles into rounds.

    Whisk together all sauce ingredients, taste, and pour over the salad. Top with pepperoni slices.
