Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 can tuna (to taste)
  • 350 g Farfalle
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 80 g mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Clean the spring onions, cut them lengthwise in half and slice into half-rings. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente according to package instructions; add the spring onions 2 minutes before the end of cooking. Peel the garlic clove, finely chop it and place it in a bowl. Wash, trim, halve, seed, peel the white skin off the bell peppers and cut them lengthwise into thin strips. Set aside some strips for garnish and dice the rest. Peel the cucumber and cut it into bite‑sized pieces. Drain the tuna and flake it. Combine everything in a bowl and mix well.

    Mix all ingredients for the dressing, season strongly, pour over the salad, toss again and taste once more. Divide the salad onto bowls, garnish with bell pepper strips and serve warm or cold.
