Ingredients

  • 350 g egg noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
  • 2 red onions (peeled, halved, diced)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • soy sauce
  • fish sauce

Instructions

    Cook egg noodles according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.

    Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and white membranes, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Wash the zucchini and slice it.

  4. 4.

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly as well.

  5. 5.

    Sauté onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, and zucchini in hot oil. Add garlic and ginger. Cook while stirring for about 4 minutes.

    Add the drained noodles and season with soy sauce and fish sauce. Serve on warmed plates.
