- 2 slices redfish fillet (150g each)
- Salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour (for dredging)
- 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 small carrot piece
- 1 bag potato mash powder (with milk for 2-3 people)
- optional 2 Romaine lettuce leaves

Rinse the redfish fillets and pat dry. Season with a little salt. Beat the egg in a shallow dish. Coat each fillet first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Fry the fish fillets over medium heat until golden brown. Peel the carrot and slice into rounds. Use a flower-shaped cutter to cut small flowers from each round. Boil the carrot flowers in salted water for 5 minutes.
