Ingredients

  • 2 slices redfish fillet (150g each)
  • Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour (for dredging)
  • 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 small carrot piece
  • 1 bag potato mash powder (with milk for 2-3 people)
  • optional 2 Romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions

    Rinse the redfish fillets and pat dry. Season with a little salt. Beat the egg in a shallow dish. Coat each fillet first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.

    Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Fry the fish fillets over medium heat until golden brown. Peel the carrot and slice into rounds. Use a flower-shaped cutter to cut small flowers from each round. Boil the carrot flowers in salted water for 5 minutes.
